A hub for creation and innovation

The Makerslab is a hub for creating, experimenting, discovering, inventing, playing, designing, and innovating. It is a space for students, researchers, and staff. Nothing is too ambitious—if you can imagine it, you can make it here.

Working method

At the Makerslab, you make things yourself—we do not make them for you. Staff are always present to assist and answer questions; no question is too unusual. These experts also ensure that all machines are used safely. Use of the equipment is free of charge; you only pay for materials. Some materials can be purchased in the Makerslab; if you wish to use other materials, you will need to provide them yourself.

Machines and techniques

The Makerslab offers a wide range of digital fabrication tools, including laser cutters, 3D printers, sticker printers, vacuum formers, a UV printer, a RISO printer, and more. In addition to various computer-controlled prototyping machines, there is also a workshop equipped with hand tools. We continuously innovate to introduce new tools and techniques.

Through our reservation system, you can book certain machines. You can also find manuals, examples, tips and tricks, and an overview of available materials.

Please note: Makerslab equipment and tools may not be used for commercial purposes.
